# Mapcir API - Terms of Service

**1. Self-hosted License**
Mapcir API is licensed as a self-hosted software product. The Customer receives a deployable software package (e.g., Docker image or source code) and installation instructions.

**2. Deployment and Operation**
The Customer is responsible for deploying, configuring, and operating the API on their own infrastructure. Mapcir does not provide hosting or maintain Customer servers.

**3. License Fee and Usage**
The base license fee covers the right to deploy and use Mapcir API on Customer infrastructure. Additional usage charges may apply based on request volume as specified in the usage report.

**4. Support**
Mapcir provides technical support for deployment and integration but does not manage runtime infrastructure for the Customer.

**5. Limitation of Service**
Mapcir does not guarantee hosting, uptime or SLA for Customer infrastructure. The Customer fully controls their deployment.

**6. Governing Law**
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Country].
